Dogwood Therapy is looking to expand!
We’re glad you are interested in learning more about working with us! Due to a growing wait list, we are looking to bring on more clinicians to help meet the mental health needs of Texas. A core part of our mission is to make therapy more accessible. With this goal in mind, we operate an insurance-based practice and are interested in clinicians who are aligned with this value. Don’t worry— we’ll take care of all the insurance credentialing and billing for you!
We also appreciate the importance of a collaborative work environment, like a sort of open-door policy when not in session. We are striving to find clinicians who want to grow their skills, learn from each other, and participate in team consultation.
We also strive for a workspace that promotes a healthy work-life balance, and we want our clinicians to embody this spirit as well by setting attainable goals. Our clinicians should be mindful of their workload and other commitments in order to bring their best therapist self forward!
Working for Dogwood Therapy is ideal for clinicians who want maximum autonomy in their schedules and caseload, those curious about the private practice setting, or those who simply want to focus on therapeutic work without worrying about the administrative responsibilities of running a business.
