Accepted Insurances
Our practice accepts all BCBS PPOs, some BCBS HMOs, Aetna, and United/Optum. Please note that actual fees vary for clients using insurance (depending on network contracted rates and deductible/copay requirements). If you have questions about your coverage, please let us know.

Out-of-Network
Regardless of your insurer, we can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider for additional information on coverage and processing superbill reimbursements before scheduling as not all providers offer reimbursement.

Private Pay/Self Pay
Individual therapy for self paying clients is billed at $130 per session. Because we strive to offer an affordable solution for therapy, each clinician holds a limited number of sliding scale spots depending on availability.
Good Faith Estimates
